Seeking High Energy Sales Representatives

Are you looking for a business to business industrial sales job with room for rapid advancement? SEC is in an innovative, expanding company in the fast growing global industrial battery marketplace.

The opportunities are immense because the switch to renewable is creating an accelerated boom in the demand for industrial batteries for energy storage. We are looking for three driven and enthusiastic sales people who are ready to grow our market share in this exciting sector. You’ll need to be able to identify new market partners and secure the flow of customers to SEC partners in a variety of regions.

Our industrial sales jobs involve communicating with partners and customers from around the world and may involve travel. SEC Sales Executives generate leads for our partners, present products, and assist to close sales for diverse clients. You’ll speak with everyone from residential battery suppliers to hospitals, telecom, utilities and major infrastructure suppliers.

You will develop a deep technical understanding of our extensive and innovative product line through our internal certification process. Once trained you’ll be confident making specific recommendations that utilise the unique value of our batteries as well as be able to provide outrageously good service to our partners and customers.

Sales professionals who have strong relationships with buyers in the industrial battery and energy industry will secure a firm head start in this highly incentivised role. Bonuses and profit sharing opportunities are rife.

Responsibilites

Identify new partners and develop new leads for our partners.

Support our partners in the presentation of our products to executive and technical staff.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify and seize opportunities to increase sales.

Understand the product line, listen to customer requirements and identify the correct products.

Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries with grace and professionalism.

Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales.

Represent SEC at trade exhibitions.

Create detailed proposal documents for bidding processes with complex requirements.

Understand what other tier one brands are doing in the space and be confident challenging them.


Experiences and Skills

A great knowledge of the industrial battery industry and a desire to learn.

​Relevant marketing, business, or science qualifications are preferred.

You’ll have the ability and desire to manage multiple responsibilities .

Offer an innovative and creative approach to new lead generation.

Have fluent science literacy and confidence with technical information.

Be willing and ready to understand complex client requirements and deliver.

Have a proven ability to close and a persuasive but trustworthy attitude.

Applicants who have existing relationships with potential battery buyers are preferred.

Fluency in English required, but Chinese and Indonesian will be helpful.
